01The agreement

By creating an account or using SkorX you agree to these terms. If you use SkorX for a club, academy or company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

02Your account

One SkorX account covers playing, organizing and refereeing. Keep your login details private and make sure your name and contact details are accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

03Players

Scores you record should reflect the match that was played. Tournament results entered by referees and organizers are treated as the official record. Entry fees, eligibility and withdrawal rules for a tournament are set by its organizer.

04Organizers

If you run a tournament on SkorX TMS, you agree to:

• Publish accurate event details, divisions, fees, rules and refund terms.
• Collect and use entrant data only to run your event.
• Honour the refunds you promise to players.
• Follow venue, safety and sporting rules that apply to your event.

05Plans and payments

Prices for SkorX TMS plans, add-ons and SkorX Pro are listed on the Game Plans page and exclude GST unless stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A TMS plan is tied to the number of tournaments or the period you buy. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

06Fair play

Do not:

• Enter false scores or results, or impersonate another player or organizer.
• Harass other players, officials or the SkorX team.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Use SkorX for anything unlawful.

07Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as logos, banners and photos. You give SkorX permission to display it as needed to run your tournaments and profile. SkorX, its logo and its software remain ours.

08Availability and liability

We work hard to keep SkorX running, especially on match days, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, SkorX is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.

10Governing law and contact
