Rules, Terms & Conditions 1. The entry fee of ₹600 per team is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal or no-show. 2. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. 3. Each team must consist of 2 players. Substitutions require prior approval from the organizers. 4. A maximum of 24 teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 5. Players must report at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match. 6. Late arrivals may result in a walkover or disqualification at the organizers’ discretion. 7. Players must follow the official match format, scoring system, and referee decisions. 8. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or deliberate misconduct may result in disqualification without a refund. 9. Players are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. 10. Participants play at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. 11. The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, match format, or rules if necessary. 12. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the tournament. 13. Any disputes will be resolved by the tournament organizers, whose decision will be final. 14. By registering, all participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
